High Intensity Interval Training
This is a class you do not want to miss. I promise you will be leaving sweaty and satisfied. H.I.I.T. is the concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeatedly.
This is exactly what it sounds like. Using your core! Taking your core game to the next level. Here we will focus on all areas of core strength while burning calories with various cardiovascular exercises.
Are you sore from workouts or just need to work on mobility? This class is designed to help one repair their muscles by walking you though various stretching exercises to SMR (self myofascial release) also know as foam rolling. You will walk out feeling relaxed and more mobile.
